Our monthly Farmers Market & Craft Fair is even bigger! Celebrate everything about summer at the hall. The grounds and gardens play host to a superb day of family fun, fabulous entertainment and amazing countryside displays and activities. The busy programme includes our monthly farmer’s market, craft and outdoor living fair, music from the Silver Bell Brass Band & Accrington Pipe Band, a traditional marching pipers (complete with kilts and bearskins), donkey rides and dog display team.

Children’s fun includes storytelling, magic and
face-painting. This is a celebration of great Lancashire produce too, and there’s an abundance of fantastic food and drink to sample including outdoor wild game BBQ, hog roast, delicious picnic box lunches - and of course the exquisite local produce dishes and tipples from the hall’s indoor restaurant-café and bar.

Samlesbury Skirmish Fathers Day Weekend
A fantastic family day out filled with medieval madness. Try your hand at archery; watch a re-enactment, feast on medieval food, browse the Medieval Market and marvel at a magic show. A Tapestry of Music will accompany the weekend in between the projectile warfare demonstrations and the Battle of Bannockburn!

"Allo Allo" Murder Mystery Night at Samlesbury.

On 11th June Samlesbury Hall will be hosting another popular Murder Mystery Evening!
This month we will see the "allo allo" theme portrayed by the wonderful team from the After Dark Theatre Company. With their great entertainment and delcisious food from the Samlesbury Hall kitchen your sure to enjoy an fantastic evening! Murder Mystery

Friday 9th April saw the After Dark Theatre Company return to Samlesbury Hall for another great Murder Mystery evening. This month the theme was Faulty Towers so a great comedy evening was had by all 80 guests. we are now booking our June Murder Mystery with the theme of 'allo allo'. if you are interested in attending please call Angela on 01254 812010 for tickets. price £29.95 includes 3 course meal.

Easter Extravaganza

Just wanted to say what a fantastic weekend we had on Sunday & Monday! With over 1700 visitors we were so pleased that everyone had a great time and enjoyed all the entertainment! We are now planning for our next big event for fathers day weekend with our medieval reenactment in June. We hope to see some of our visitors return for this great event!!

Easter at Samlesbury Hall

Samlesbury Hall is hosting an Easter Extravaganza on Sunday 4th April & Monday 5th April doors open at 11am till 3pm events throughout the day include Storytelling, Merlin the Magician, Punch & Judy, Egg Hunt & Owls. All this for just £1 entry. Easter crafts , Donkey Rides & Face Painting (adtional charge) will also be available on the two days. So join us for a fun packed weekend & dont be put off by the Weather as everything(except the Donkeys) will be inside if the rain/snow arrives!! We look forward to seeing you. HAPPY EASTER!!

Happy Mothers Day

It has been a fantastic day here at the Hall. The restaurant and coffee shop have been filled with happy mums being treated to a lovely lunch and many had a bit of cake to.

There are lots of unique gifts being bought in the gift shop also. Many mums are enjoying strolling round the grounds and plenty of little ones are petting our guinea pigs and miniature sheep in pets corner.

What a brilliant day out for all the family, a lovely buzz around the Hall and grounds.
